At Aarogyam Physiotherapy Clinic, we provide video-based physiotherapy sessions for patients in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other UAE cities. Our online sessions help manage back pain, neck pain, knee pain, sciatica, and posture-related problems safely from home.

We offer flexible UAE-friendly timings and personalised exercise programmes based on individual assessment.

Instructions for Online Consultation

1. Booking the Appointment

• Book your consultation through our website / WhatsApp / call.

• Mention your full name, contact number, and preferred date/time.

• Payment should be made in advance to confirm your booking.

2. Before the Consultation

• Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

• Use a quiet, well-lit space where you can speak freely.

• Keep your camera at eye level so we can see you clearly.

• Have your medical reports, prescriptions, or previous records ready.

• If required, wear comfortable clothing for any movement/posture assessment.

3. Joining the Session

• We can share a Zoom / Google Meet / WhatsApp Video Call link for the appointment.

• Confirmation of appointment is must from your side

• Join the meeting 5 minutes early to check your audio and video.

• Use headphones for better sound quality.

4. During the Consultation

• Be honest and detailed about your symptoms or concerns.

• Follow our instructions step-by-step.

• You may take notes or record the session (with permission).

5. After the Consultation

• Follow the prescribed exercises, advice, as instructed.

• Contact us for any clarifications via WhatsApp.

• Book follow-up sessions in advance if needed.
